Smart Vision Lights - Bar Lights

The L300 is Smart Vision Lights' most popular bar light and is used in thousands of applications worldwide. The L300 features SVL's Smart-Drive driver which allows for the light to be strobed or used in constant on operation. This lights also has the ability to be dimmed using the onboard potentiometer, or an analog signal on pin 5. This light is also available in an overdrive version (ODL300). For new applications, the L300G2 is a new generation of this light that features the same footprint as the L300 and ODL300, however has the MultiDrive driver integrated.

The L300G2 is the updated version of Smart Vision Lights' popular L300 bar light. It features SVL's Multi-Drive driver which allows for constant on, strobe, or overcurrent operation all with the same light.

The LB300 is a linear backlight featuring an integrated constant current driver with a lux value of
up to 42,000. NPN or PNP triggers can be used to control the light for either strobed or continuous
operation. Light intensity can be controlled via 1 - 10 VDC analog intensity line or set manually by the
intensity adjustment potentiometer. The LB300 can be daisy-chained with up to six lights in series
using a standard 5-PIN M12 jumper cable

The LC300 is an economical variant of Smart Vision Lights' popular L300 bar light. It uses SVL's Economy Drive driver for applications requiring Constant On operation.

The LCZE300 machine vision bar light features SmartVisionLink, which combined with the BTM-1000 Bluetooth module allows for wireless adjustment of intensity levels. Connect up to six lights either through direct-connect or daisy chain to create independently controllable lighting zones.

The [#partNumber] Bar light from Smart Vision Lights is part of SVL's LE series, which is also referred to as the "Light Everything" series. This IP65 machine vision light incorporates SVL's patented Multi-Drive Driver which allows for operation in both Constant-On or Overdrive Strobe operation modes in one convenient light. This light can be dimmed using the Analog Input or the IVP-C1 Potentiometer (Sold Separately), and features PNP and NPN Strobe Inputs. Further customizations can be performed upon request from Machine Vision Direct.

The LHF300 series linear bar light from Smart Vision Lights is designed as a drop-in LED replacement for flourescent lighting fixtures. It had a built-in diffuse lens to create the same light pattern as a fluorescent light of equal length. Direct connect additional lights to replace longer fixtures without added wiring.

The LHI-DO series linear bar light from Smart Vision Lights is an OverDrive only fixture designed for the requirements of the logistics industry. These lights can be used to create a tunnel system able to illuminate any package and ensure readability no matter the shape of material. The LHI-DO is available in 300mm and 600mm lengths.

The LSR is Smart Vision Lights' flagship machine vision bar light as of 2025. The LSR features length options from 150mm to 1200mm, available in 150mm increments as standard. This IP65 machine vision light series incorporates SVL’s patented Multi-Drive Driver, which enables operation in both Constant-On and Overdrive-Strobe modes. The SVL LSR series is available in 365nm UV, 395nm UV, 470nm Blue, 530nm Green, 635nm Red, 850nm IR, and 940nm IR as standard variants, and with Narrow, Wide, and Line Lens Options. The LW300 series features a 100% waterproof stainless-steel enclosure specially designed for food industry and washdown environments
where water and harsh detergents are present. The LW300 features an integrated constant-current driver built into the light and runs in
continuous operation mode. NPN or PNP trigger signals can be used to control the on/off input of the light. Intensity of the light can be
controlled via 1–10VDC analog signal line or the manual potentiometer. Daisy-chain up to six LW300 lights together.

This IP68 rated fixture is suitable for food industry or other applications requiring washdown with water or detergent. It features a factory-installed diffuser lens, which is more secure than a field-installed diffuser kit.

The LX150 is a modular machine vision bar light, designed for customizable length. Connect up to 12 lights together without any additional wiring to create custom fixtures in increments of 150mm. The Smart Vision Lights LX150 features SVL's Smart-Drive driver for constant on or strobe operation. For OverDrive strobe, we recommend the ODLX150.

The LXB150 is a modular machine vision bar light designed for customizable length, featuring a factory-installed diffuser lens which is more secure than a field-installed diffuser kit. Connect up to 12 lights together without any additional wiring to create custom fixtures in increments of 150mm. The Smart Vision Lights LX150 features SVL's Smart-Drive driver for constant on or strobe operation. For OverDrive strobe, we recommend the ODLXB150.

Delivering up to 100,000 lux, the LXE300 includes our advanced Multi-Drive™ driver, allowing users to operate the linear light in continuous operation or OverDrive™ strobe (high-pulse operation) mode. Users can also direct connect up to six LXE300 lights to create ultra-long linear lights at a fraction of the cost of traditional monolithic solutions without any loss in uniformity. The LXE300 can also be connected by daisy-chaining them together using a locking jumper cable. The LXE300 Linear Light is rated for IP65.
